The PDK series of knives is the result of collaboration between law enforcement officers, ASP’s product designers and knife engineering and manufacturing experts. Their goal was to create a practical, tough and dependable knife specifically for day-in, day-out police use. A tool of excellent quality, yet affordable for any officer. The Slim Folder features a slender, 3.5\u00e2\u20ac\u009d drop point \u00e2\u20ac\u0153flipper\u00e2\u20ac\u009d blade design with fast, positive assisted opening. The blade is crafted of highly corrosion-resistant, easy to maintain AUS-8 stainless steel, available in either a stonewashed or black PVD finish. A liner lock makes it safe and easy to release and close the knife. Uniquely (and stunningly) textured G-10 scales (grip panels) provide a sure hold, and our signature Shark Fin\u00e2\u201e\u00a2 jimping adds control when in use. PDK knives feature our unique, quick-release pocket clip system. Reversing the clip for right- or left-pocket carry is as fast and simple as using the double lock pin on a handcuff key (not included) to release the clip lock, and snapping it into the slot on the other side. No tiny screws to use (or lose).
